Ticket Policy

Please be advised that all ticket purchases made online are non-refundable.

Due to the expenses incurred in organizing events and the associated costs of processing online transactions, we maintain a strict policy that all online ticket sales are final. We regretfully cannot offer refunds for tickets purchased under any circumstances. Your purchase of tickets for our events indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of our no-refund policy, as outlined on our online reservations system.

Upon purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you will receive updates about our future endeavors. We eagerly anticipate your participation in an upcoming event and sincerely appreciate your ongoing support.

By purchasing a ticket, you are consenting to adhere to all terms outlined in our Ticket Sales Policy and Terms for Participation:

No Refunds on Ticket Purchases: Your acquisition of a ticket signifies your agreement to our no-cancellation or refund policy. This policy applies irrespective of circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, health considerations, changes in travel plans, or unforeseen events.

Expected Conduct: We expect all individuals engaging with us or attending our events to maintain a demeanor of respect and courtesy at all times. To uphold the well-being of our community, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards belligerent, disrespectful, or unreasonable behavior. Any such behavior will result in immediate expulsion from our activities without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals not adhering to our terms, including our non-refundable ticket policy.

Handling of Complaints: While we strive to deliver exceptional experiences, we acknowledge that perfection is unattainable. Constructive feedback is always welcome, and we pledge to address concerns promptly and courteously. However, excessive or unreasonable complaints may result in refusal of service at future events.

Weather-Related Postponements: In the event of adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control necessitating event postponement, your ticket will be transferable to a future event of similar nature. This policy applies only when invoked by us, and events advertised as proceeding regardless of weather will do so as promised.

Ticket Order Review: All ticket orders are subject to review and space availability. We reserve the right to decline orders for various reasons, including limited space or event cancellation. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund if applicable.

Validation Requirements for Certain Orders: For select ticket orders, we may request written authorization and validation by photo ID to ensure security and transaction authenticity. Failure to provide requested validation may result in order cancellation.

Ticket Pickup and Transfer: Tickets can be collected at the designated venue upon presentation of matching photo ID and credit card used for purchase. Ticket transfers to another individual require notification at least 48 hours before the event to facilitate necessary arrangements.

Accuracy of Information: Please ensure all information provided in your ticket order is accurate and valid. Inaccurate information may result in order cancellation.

Punctuality: Events start promptly, and refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Please plan accordingly and allow ample time for travel.

Photography and Videography: Participation in our events grants organizers full rights to utilize event images or footage for promotional purposes.

Subject to Change: Please note that event details and our ticket policy are subject to change without prior notice as we continually refine our offerings and services.
